Valuation/appraisal professional Jay L. White, MAI, CRE® and Richard A. Forsten, Esquire, will discuss the present status of the 2025 New Castle County Reassessment and the looming March 14 deadline for appeals. We will present this hot topic following the keynote speech so that Q&A can continue for those interested in remaining.
