The Commercial-Industrial Realty Council ("CIRC") is seeking organizations to make a long-term commitment to become a CIRC Platinum Partner (Partners) or Gold Sponsor (Sponsors) or other types of Event Sponsors as they become available (for example: Golf and Joint Dinner). Various levels of sponsorship are offered to allow you to  contribute to the development of the profession, the website, and the organization.

As a Partner or Sponsor, your company has exclusive opportunities that allow you to promote your company to a concentrated group of potential customers. The CIRC local community of commercial and industrial real estate and related business professionals represents the top decision makers in their profession.

CIRC invites you to review the benefits of the Partners and Sponsors programs. We hope you agree that these sponsorship programs will provide a much higher level of visibility for all those who participate.


The value and benefits of becoming a sponsor are listed below:

Platinum Partner:
COST: $650 per year
Program runs for one-year period
One-time annual payment

Platinum Benefits:

  • Logo displayed on Home page Banner/Slider box (top of page) - hyperlinked to your website (or page of your choice)
  • Logo displayed on top portion of our retractable banner, displayed at events (if purchased before banner is printed in the Spring)
  • Logo displayed on "Our Partners" Sponsor webpage on first tier - hyperlinked to your website (or page of your choice)
  • Verbal recognition at all in-person CIRC meeting
  • Platinum Partners get first option to purchase a Sponsor-level Golf Foursome
  • * Note that the "Platinum Golf" package includes promotion at Joint Dinner and one dinner ticket

Gold Sponsor:
COST: $350 per year
Program runs for one-year period
One-time annual payment

Gold Benefits:

  • Logo prominently displayed on Home page Banner Ad (bottom of each web page) - hyperlinked to the Partner/Sponsor page for more info)
  • Logo displayed on bottom half of our retractable bnner, displayed at events (if purchased before banner is printed in the Spring)
  • Logo displayed on "Our Partners" Sponsor webpage on the second tier - hyperlinked to your website (or page of your choice)
  • Gold Sponsors get first option to purchase a Sponsor-level Golf Foursome
Gold Sponsor package:

Register/Purchase Sponsorship

Event Sponsorships:

  • Joint Dinner (Not available at this time)
  • Other Meeting Events (Not available at this time)
Golf Sponsor Packages:
(Not available at this time)

Benefits:

  • Existing Platinum and Gold Sponsors get the first chance to secure a sponsor-level golf foursome package when the event opens.
