The Commercial-Industrial Realty Council ("CIRC") is seeking members' organizations to make a long-term commitment to become a CIRC Platinum Plus (+) or  Platinum Web Partner (Partners) or Gold Web Sponsor (Sponsors) or other types of Event Sponsorships as they become available (such as Golf and Joint Dinner sponsorships). Various levels of sponsorship are offered to allow you to  contribute to the development of the profession, the website, the organization, and helping to keep its events at the highest level.

As a Partner or Sponsor, your company has exclusive opportunities that allow you to promote your company to a concentrated group of potential customers. The CIRC local community of commercial and industrial real estate and related business professionals represents the top decision makers in their profession in the region.

CIRC invites you to review the benefits of the Partners and Sponsors programs. We hope you agree that these sponsorship programs will provide a much higher level of visibility for all those who participate. We are happy to answer any questions you  may have.


The value and benefits of becoming a sponsor are listed below:

Platinum Plus (+) Partner:
COST: $1,000 per year
Program runs for one-year period
One-time annual payment

Platinum Plus (+) Benefits:

  • Logo displayed on Home page Banner/Slider box (top of page - in first grouping) - hyperlinked to your website (or page of your choice).
  • Logo displayed on top (Tier 1) section of our retractable banner, displayed at events (must be purchased before banner is printed in February).
  • Logo displayed on "Our Partners" Sponsor webpage on the top (Tier 1) section - hyperlinked to your website (or page of your choice).
  • Logo displayed on footer banner on all web pages.
  • Verbal and visual recognition at all in-person CIRC lunch meetings and the Joint Dinner.
  • Joint Dinner Sponsorship including promotion, chance to display company banner sign at event, one event dinner ticket, and guests may be registered at the member rate.
  • First option to purchase a Golf Foursome
Platinum Plus (+) package:

Platinum Web Partner:
COST: $675 per year 
Program runs for one-year period
One-time annual payment

Platinum Benefits:

  • Logo displayed on Home page Banner/Slider box (top of page in the second grouping) - hyperlinked to your website (or page of your choice).
  • Logo displayed on top (Tier 2) portion of our retractable banner, displayed at events (must be purchased before banner is printed in February).
  • Logo displayed on "Our Partners" Sponsor webpage on first tier - hyperlinked to your website (or page of your choice).
  • Logo displayed on footer banner on all web pages.
  • Verbal and visual recognition at all in-person CIRC lunch meetings.
  • Platinum Partners are among the first to get option to purchase a Golf Foursome.
  • * NOTE: to get year 'round promotion that also includes a Joint Dinner Sponsorship with visual and verbal promotion, company banner sign placement at event and one dinner ticket, you must register for the Platinum Plus (+) level, above.
Platinum Web Partner package:

Gold Web Sponsor:
COST: $375 per year
Program runs for one-year period
One-time annual payment

Gold Web Benefits:

  • Logo prominently displayed on Home page Banner Ad (footer of each web page) - hyperlinked to the Partner/Sponsor page for more info).
  • Logo displayed on bottom (Tier 3) of our retractable banner, displayed at events (must be purchased before banner is printed in February).
  • Logo displayed on "Our Partners" Sponsor webpage on Tier 3 - hyperlinked to your website (or URL of your choice).
  • Logo displayed on footer banner on all web pages.
  • Gold Sponsors are the third group offered an option to purchase a Golf Foursome.
Gold Web Sponsor package:

Register/Purchase Sponsorship

Event Sponsorships:

  • Joint Dinner Sponsorship ($350) (Registration will open in January of the event year).
  • Other Meeting Events (Not available at this time)
Golf Sponsor Packages:
(Not available at this time on this page. They may be listed on the Golf Page closer to the event.)

Benefits:

  • Existing Platinum Plus (+), Platinum Web, and Gold Web Sponsors get the first options to secure a golf foursome when the event opens. However, other golf sponsorships will be available closer to the Golf Outing Event. Some include a foursome, twosome, individual golfer, or no golfing spots . A number of individual and twosome golf spots will also be available which do not require a sponsorship.
