Stephen D. Williams, A.A.E., Deputy Executive Director/Airport Director of The Delaware River & Bay Authority. He will discuss the DRBA, New Castle County's Wilmington Airport (ILG) expansion plans, Avelo and their commitment to the State of Delaware, as well as other projects DRBA is handling and their economic impact on the State of Delaware.
