The Glasgow Commons project was sold by D2 Organization to the Chicago-based Logistics Property Company, LLC, who now has the project under construction and plans to bring over one million square feet in three industrial buildings online in 2023. Meet our Speakers: Tim Zulick is the Senior Vice President for Logistics Property Company and is responsible for business development in the Northeast Region. He brings 30 years' experience in industrial real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Previous leadership positions were held with CBRE, First Potomac Realty and Trammell Crow. He is an active Board member and former Chapter president of NAIOP DC | MD and sits on the National NAIOP board.
