Directors of the Board

Ex-officio members of the board (non-voting members)

The Membership Committee meets prospective new members at a monthly "Meet & Greet" held before membership luncheons. On a quarterly basis, the committee reviews registrations for membership approval.

The Program Committee arranges for speakers and topic to be presented at monthly membership events.

This committee stays abreast of local legislation and organizes response to proposed legislation.

The Continuing Education Committee coordinates and schedules classes that are accredited for real estate licensing renewal in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.

The Legal Documents Ad Hoc Committee is utilized, as needed, to update or create documents the Board deems necessary.

The Nominating Committee is organized by the Board to create the slate of officers and directors for annual elections in May.
