Benefits of CIRC Membership

Inclusion in the online Membership Directory available to CIRC members only - Include your personal biography, photo headshot, contact and social media URLs and photo albums for maximum exposure. Enter any part of person's or company's name to search.

Inclusion in the online Business Directory available to both members and the public - Your business is are searchable by Category and Type of Business (set up in your Member Profile) or by any part of the company name. Include your company logo and description of business services provided for maximum business exposure.

Sponsorship opportunities to display your brand (linked to your URL) on our website as a Platinum+ or Platinum Web Partner, Gold Web Sponsor, or as an Event Sponsor for June golf outing or November joint CRE dinner events.

In-person Continuing Education courses are discounted for members and are offered periodically for credit toward your real estate license renewals in DE, PA and MD in partnership with our education provider, New Castle County Board of Realtors.

Member Dues

As a private membership organization with a focus on commercial and industrial real estate, membership is subject to approval by the CIRC Membership Committee. Inquiries about membership may be sent to ExecDirector@circdelaware.com or by phone at 302- 633-1705.

Annual Membership dues are $100 per individual and apply to the individual only, not the company. CIRC's membership dues align with the calendar-year and are due by January 1 in full.

Early Renewal Discount: A $10 discount coupon is offered to members making payment by December 15th of the year preceding the renewal year.

If renewal dues are not paid by February 28th, membership will Expire and the member will not have access to membership benefits and rates until membership is paid in full.
