After dinner, we will hear from Mr. Mike Wojewodka, Executive Vice President and Partner with the MRA Group, a recognized leader in the creation of incubator, production and R&D laboratories. They developed CRISP - the Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park - as an ecosystem for innovative companies to grow and prosper. His presentation will focus on the life/bio sciences sector and his outlook for innovation and discovery of new drugs and solving for cures of diseases, where he sees the sector going, major drivers for space demand, and the supply of life sciences office, R&D and lab facilities in the area. 

Mr. Wojewodka has 18 years  of  experience in the field  of  commercial real estate with a strong concentration on healthcare real estate services. Since 2009, Mr. Wojewodka has been at the helm of MRA Realty,  Inc., the  primary operating affiliate responsible for providing real estate advisory and management services. Under his leadership, MRA has continued to expand and enhance its ability to address its clients' ever-changing requirements.
