Bio

After dinner, we will hear from Mr. Mike Wojewodka, President and Partner at MRA Group, guiding transformative real estate projects that align with clients' long-term goals in healthcare, higher education, and the life sciences. Since joining the firm in 2003, Mike’s helped grow MRA into a regional powerhouse with over $2 billion in developments and more than 4.5 million square feet under management. Before MRA, Mike worked in political strategy, and that background continues to shape his passion for economic growth and workforce development. He currently serves on the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board, where he chairs the Manufacturing Subcommittee. At the heart of it all, Mike believes real estate isn’t just about buildings, it’s about partnership, vision, and possibility. 

Mike’s team at MRA is the developer behind CRISP - the Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park - an ecosystem for innovative companies to grow and prosper. His presentation will focus on the sciences sector and his outlook for where he sees the sector going, major drivers for space demand, and the supply of life sciences office, R&D and lab facilities in the area.
