NYLON CAPITAL CENTER
REDEVELOPMENT
Seaford, Delaware

Robert Herrera
Partner
Ninth Street Development Co.

We hope you will register TODAY to attend the April 9 membership lunch meeting. Arrive early to get the most out of a great networking opportunity before being seated for lunch.

We will hear from Rob Herrera, Partner of the Ninth Street Development Co. (9SDC) and Founder of The Mill Space, about the company's current $60 million, 22-acre project that promises to revitalize Seaford, a town known as the Nylon Capital.

Soon to be the premier destination in Sussex County, the 218,000+ sq. ft. Nylon Capital shopping center redevelopment is located in the heart of Seaford, fronting Stein Highway. Offering a dynamic mix of institutional and recreational spaces, the planned community town center embraces both adaptive reuse and new construction. Anchor tenants announced include: The Mill, a co-working space for entrepreneurs and small businesses; Delaware Technical Community College; TidalHealth; BrightBloom, a center for children with autism; Community Bank Delaware; and Vanderwende Farm Creamery.
