When will Continuing Ed return to normal?

Janet Pippert | Published on 12/10/2020
CIRC-sponsored Continuing Education classes are currently CANCELLED, but they WILL be rescheduled as soon as we are able to do so in a safe manner, approved by the states where our classes are accredited.

We are all anxious to get back to normal and get on with taking our continuing education classes. However, we must be able to do this safely for all attendees, instructors and administrators, as well as we need to class sizes that are cost efficient.

At one earlier point the class sizes were to be restricted to 25 persons, and with a minor increase in cost, we felt we could proceed in a safe and distanced manner. However, more recently, some of the states have lowered the maximum number of students to six to ten, which is just too small for us to effectively offer the classes at this time.

Please stay posted. We will keep you advised of our new class schedule as soon as we believe we can begin instruction safely. Be aware that most states will offer some sort of extensions to help you meet your license renewal requirements. Check with each of the state's Real Estate Commission for clarity.

We will continue to monitor and advise you accordingly.
