Logan Herring, CEO of the WRK Group has recently been named as a 2021 inductee to the Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame*. Mr. Herring will share his story about The Warehouse, REACH Riverside, and Kingswood Community Center and the pivotal role that non-profit organizations such as these and other organizations play in their communities and in our commercial real estate industry. Mr. Herring will fill us in on the details of today's news about an exciting project - REACH Riverside - that will receive funding of $26.4 million in COVID-19 Relief Funds.

*The Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame, was originally established in 1990 through a partnership between Hagley Museum & Library and Junior Achievement, and honors outstanding business leaders whose work has positively impacted economic and workforce development in the region through invention/innovation, strategic management and/or entrepreneurship.
