CIRC members are encouraged to participate in our speaker/panel discussion and Q&A with leaders from the state of Delaware and New Castle County who have been shepherding many of these COVID-19-related relief efforts here in Delaware since the pandemic began. Delaware Division of Small Business Director Damian DeStefano [See Biography] and County Executive Matthew Meyer will help us gain a better understanding of the COVID-related relief packages, what they have meant, and what the future impact of another round of relief may mean to Delaware businesses and independent contractors. We will also hear from Katherine Silicato - Gunnip & Company about what you need to know about key dates and differences for the new PPP program about to be rolled out, and John F. Fleming - U.S. Small Business Administration will discuss the new $40B Federal EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan) program.

Joseph Zilcosky of the Small Business Division will moderate the discussion and handle questions that may be submitted during the meeting via the Chat feature.
